Yay! Finally made it over the one week mark. Today is the first day I don't feel hungry allllll day long. Just like any other diet, this is a lifestyle change where you have to give your body a chance to get used to less calories and to withdrawal from toxins (whatever they may be) but in my case, it was fatty calories and sugar. I feel amazing today! I also cheated... with my scale! ;-) I just hadddd to weigh myself, and I've lost 2.9 pounds even with my cheating over the weekend. 3 pounds in week 1 and hoping to make it 4-5 additional pounds in this next week!! :)
P.S. I Still LOVE The Mocha Coffee Shake! :) BodyByVi = My New Starbucks Weight Loss Plan! LOL
